Following confirmation of an order in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, the Company will arrange delivery of the purchased products to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout, subject to delivery availability and operational constraints.

CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTIONS

Cancellation of an Order Before Receiving the Products
A customer may cancel an order before the products have been delivered by notifying the Company and providing their full name, mobile phone number, and email address.

In such cases, the Company will refund the amount paid for the product, less cancellation fees permitted by applicable law. If the cancellation is due to a defect in the product, a mismatch between the product and its description, non-delivery on time, or any breach of obligation by the Company, no cancellation fees will be charged.
Cancellation of an Order After Receiving the Products
A customer who has received the products may cancel the transaction within the period prescribed by applicable law. The customer will be responsible for returning the product in accordance with the Company's return procedures and applicable law.
The product must be returned unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and labels attached.
Cancellation Due to Defect or Mismatch

Products Not Eligible for Cancellation

Refunds

Promotional Conditions
Where a transaction includes promotional benefits, discounts, bundled products, gifts, or special offers, cancellation or return of part of the order may result in cancellation of the associated promotional benefit. The Company may adjust the refund amount accordingly, subject to applicable law.
Cancellation of a Transaction Involving Promotional Products
In the event of cancellation, return, or partial cancellation of a transaction that included a promotional benefit, discount, bundled offer, gift product, coupon, or special promotion (including, without limitation, offers such as "Buy One Get One Free", "1+1", percentage discounts, or gift-with-purchase promotions), the customer shall be required to return any products, gifts, or benefits received as part of the promotion.
If the promotional product, gift, or benefit is not returned, the Company reserves the right to deduct its value from the refund amount, subject to applicable law.
Where the return or cancellation of part of an order affects eligibility for a promotion or discount originally applied to the transaction, the Company may recalculate the value of the order and adjust the refund amount accordingly, subject to applicable law.
